Out of the Cold is an ongoing work in progress, a series of images captured just after sunrise on Porthminster Beach, Cornwall. Through this collection, I aim to document the subtle yet profound shift in the sun's position throughout the year—something I had never fully noticed until I began observing it daily.

The intensity of the sun changes over the seasons, and even in winter, amidst storms and rain, there are moments of unexpected beauty. The skies, often layered with clouds, break open to reveal light that transforms the landscape in an instant.
